Sunday in Manhattan began with a un-photogenic proud cockerel approach in a community garden in the Lower East side, then on past the poor prancing ponies in Central Park to where we cooed at Chi puppies frolicking on the lawn costing more than $1, and ended with a cat curled pressed against the window of a deli on Nassau. I miss the company of animals it's fair to say.
